Our market leading outdoor Group Fitness Classes are strategically designed to cater for the beginner through to the advanced.
We offer a unique session structure that focuses on a combination of strength and cardio so you get the best of both worlds.
Cardio: These sessions are packed full of exercises to shed kilo's, tone the body and get you in great shape. Boxercise and AMRAP program structures are combined to provide a complete full body workout.
Strength: These sessions comprise of compound exercises using major muscle groups whilst also focusing on technique. A combination of weight and resistance training ensures maximum load through the muscle.
Session Structure Example
Warm up - (3-5 mins)
Strength - Weights Circuit (10-12 mins)
Strength - Resistance (5 mins)
Cardio - Boxercise (10 mins)
Cardio - AMRAP (5 mins)
Finisher - (5 mins)
Explanation / Water Breaks - (5 mins)
Total session duration - 45mins
Training in a 1-1 setting removes all the guess work from your fitness program.
Activegc will tailor a program to suit your goals and ensure it fits with your lifestyle.
Your first session will include a thorough consult (approx. 30 mins) to identify your goals, structure your weekly schedule (weekly and per block) and determine your starting base (measurements).
Your sessions will be strategically structured to ensure you meet your short and long term goals with regular review (weekly).
Your training location will be dependent on your location and access to available facilities (confirmed during consult).
1-1 session offerings include 30, 45 & 60 minute blocks dependent on your goals availability & budget.
Personal programming options are also available for those that cannot make sessions but want a program written for them (external clients).
Programs are built to suit your goals (consultation form completed) as well as your access to equipment and your lifestyle.

Class numbers vary from 2-6 where you receive the technical feedback similar to a 1-1 session whilst also experiencing the fun of the group setting.
Great for couples who love to train together or likeminded individuals who enjoy training with friends.
A very affordable option and the best part is it's great fun.
All shared PT sessions are conducted outdoors unless your group has access to an indoor training facility.
Our Stretch and Mobility class has been specifically designed to improve joint strength and your range of movement.
These low intensity sessions focus on strategic movement of the joints, building strength in posture and increasing mobility.
A typical 45minute session would involve the following;
Activegc Kids is a unique offering for children aged 5-11 (primary).
This program has been strategically designed to enhance your child's motor skills.
Sessions are structured around a combination of hand eye co-ordination & movement patterns (ex. run, jump & catch).
While the sessions have a strategic motor skill development design the exercises are fun and engaging for all participants (games included).
Your trainer has 20 years experience in designing & delivering programs to children and is considered one of industries leading kids trainers.
