Outdoor Group Fitness Phase 1: Strength (weights)
Includes a 10-12 min weights circuit that focuses on form & technique. The program structure caters for all types as we provide a large range of weights to choose from with the view to build strength over time.
Outdoor Group Fitness Phase 2: Bodyweight Cardio
Includes a 10-12 minute cardio circuit to get the blood pumping and move into calorie burn mode. Conducted under Tabata timing so you have the ability to work at a pace / level that suits you. View to build fitness over time.
Outdoor Group Fitness Phase 3: Boxercise
Includes a 10-12 minute boxing circuit that will improve your hand eye co-ordination & continue the calorie burn without the prolonged impact on your joints. For all types & does not matter if you have never performed this skill before or if you are well trained. An awesome finisher to the 45 minute workout & great fun!
