The first of the body transformation series & no better place to start than with myself.
Results based on strategic programming conducted over a 3 month period.
Note: I do not run more than 1-2kms per week due to degenerative knee soreness.
All of my results are a result of a low impact training regime that includes a combination of strength and body weight cardio.

Jeff's results are based off a 12 week weights and cardio program.
Jeff lost 4 kilograms during this training block but more importantly changed his body composition by reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass.
Jeff trains at our Paradise Point Group Fitness class x2 times per week and conducts weights an additional x3 times per week.
